Ellegis Parent Coaching is a virtual parent coaching practice operated by Ellegis LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. Our services are provided by a doctoral-level practitioner with training and experience in school psychology and child development.
Ellegis Parent Coaching serves families, caregivers, and individuals in a caregiving role across the United States via secure video sessions conducted through Zoom.
Ellegis Parent Coaching provides parent coaching services only. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or any form of licensed mental health treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical intervention for any mental health condition, learning disability, developmental disorder, or medical issue.
Our services are educational and supportive in nature. They are designed to help families gain clarity, develop practical strategies, and build confidence in their caregiving roles — grounded in child development and family systems research.
If you or a member of your family are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, we encourage you to contact a licensed mental health professional, your primary care provider, or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) in the event of an emergency.
Use of this website or purchase of any Ellegis service does not establish a therapeutic relationship, a clinical relationship, or a psychologist-client relationship of any kind.
By using this website or purchasing services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Ellegis services are available to residents of the United States only. We do not currently offer services to individuals located outside of the United States. If you access this website from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
The Ellegis Navigate Session™ and Ellegis Compass Session™ are each 40-minute individual coaching sessions conducted via Zoom. Sessions are for one adult client or caregiving pair per booking.
The Ellegis Blueprint Program™ and Ellegis Cultivate Program™ are structured 6-session coaching engagements, each conducted via Zoom over approximately six weeks. Programs are designed for a single client or caregiving household.
All sessions are held virtually via Zoom. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation with your secure Zoom link and a brief intake form to complete prior to your session.
Current session and program fees are listed on the Ellegis website at ellegisgroup.com. All fees are due at the time of booking. Payment is processed securely through our booking platform.
Ellegis does not accept insurance. All services are private-pay. A superbill or receipt can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement, though reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by your insurance provider.
We require at least 48 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule a single session without charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session, and no-shows, will be charged the full session fee.
Each client relationship includes one courtesy cancellation, which may be applied to waive a late cancellation or no-show fee. This courtesy is available once per client, at the discretion of Ellegis.
The 48-hour cancellation policy applies to each individual session within a program. Late cancellations or no-shows within a program count as a completed session unless the session is rescheduled and completed within the same calendar week.
Single session fees are non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your session.
6-session program fees are non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue a program before completing all sessions, unused sessions may be applied toward a rescheduled program engagement within six months of the original purchase date. Unused sessions have no cash value and are not transferable to another individual.
Ellegis is committed to maintaining the privacy of your information. Information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential to the extent possible within the bounds of coaching practice.
Please note that parent coaching is not a legally privileged relationship in the way that licensed therapy or attorney-client relationships are. In the event that information shared during a session raises concerns about the safety of a child or another individual, Ellegis reserves the right to take appropriate action consistent with ethical and legal obligations.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Jersey.
Ellegis reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
